Making my first sword has been quite a journey! So many lessons learned, so many new bigger tools I want to make, I suspect it’s a never ending rabbit hole! And I can’t wait to jump in deeper. This sword is made of 1070 high carbon steel (aka c70) with cast brass guard and pommel and iroko wood handle with brass and copper wire inlays.
